Transactions History

The PaddlePay WooCommerce Gateway plugin provides a detailed transaction history table directly inside the WordPress admin. You can view all payments processed through Paddle without leaving your store dashboard.

This section is available under PaddlePay → Transactions in the WordPress sidebar.


 

Transaction Details

Each row in the table displays:

  • Customer Email → The email address used at checkout.

  • Transaction ID → The unique identifier from Paddle for the payment.

  • Amount → The total amount paid, including currency.

  • Payment Method → The method used (e.g., Card, PayPal, Apple Pay).

  • Date Paid → The exact date and time the transaction was completed.

  • Items → The products or subscriptions purchased.

  • Status → Current status of the payment (e.g., Paid, Refunded, Failed, Pending).

Features

  • Real-time Sync → Transactions are automatically fetched from Paddle via the API when payments are completed.

  • Search & Filter → Quickly find transactions by customer email, ID, status, or date range.

  • Detailed View → Click a transaction to view all related details, including line items and subscription links.

  • Support Ready → Helps store owners answer customer questions about payments instantly.
